Dragan Draskovic and Hezirdan Ramadani Join Jamshedpur FC’s Coaching Staff

Football coaches Dragan Draskovic and Hezirdan Ramadani are the latest additions to Jamshedpur FC’s coaching team, assisting Head Coach Scott Cooper for the next season.

JAMSHEDPUR – Dragan Draskovic and Hezirdan Ramadani have been recruited to Jamshedpur FC’s coaching team. Hezirdan Ramadani will take on the role of Assistant Coach for the upcoming season, while Dragan Draskovic has been appointed as the team’s new Goalkeeping Coach.

Both will serve under the direction of Scott Cooper, Jamshedpur FC’s newly appointed head coach, who has secured a two-year deal with the club.

Hezirdan Ramadani, also known as Kiza, began his coaching career in 1999 and led FK Zelenik to victory in the Serbia and Montenegro Cup. He previously worked with Scott Cooper at FC Ubon Ratchathani in Thailand, aiding the team’s promotion from the Thai league’s third tier to the top division.

Together with Cooper, Ramadani also served as the captain of the Philippine national team, guiding them to achieve the country’s highest-ever points in FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

Expressing his enthusiasm about the new role, Ramadani said, "We believe the club is very well organised and has very high quality at all levels, both in terms of human resources and in the playing staff. As a result, we agreed with his proposal and invitation to accept the offer for Jamshedpur FC."

He added that they truly believe they can win the Indian Super League and look forward to the challenges that lie ahead.

Scott Cooper, head coach of Jamshedpur FC, expressed high praise for his assistant coach. "Kiza has a tonne of experience, and Jamshedpur will certainly benefit from his enormous football skills. All of the players will also gain a lot from his tactical and technical understanding," he said.

Dragan Draskovic, the new goalkeeping coach, has been coaching since 2009, starting with FK Loven in Montenegro.

He later served as coach of FK Podgorica from 2018 to 2022, during which time the team finished fourth in the league and competed for qualification in the UEFA Europa Conference League.

"I’ve heard great things about the team, the supporters, and the city," Draskovic said, expressing his enthusiasm for his new role.

Scott Cooper welcomed Draskovic, describing him as a highly respected GK Coach with experience working at the highest level worldwide.
