Tata Motors Employee Succumbs to Heart Condition Under Mango Bridge

Sujit Kumar, a 51-year-old Tata Motors employee with a longstanding heart condition, passes away under the Mango Bridge in Jamshedpur, raising questions about public apathy.

JAMSHEDPUR – In a tragic incident on Thursday morning, Sujit Kumar, a 51-year-old employee of Tata Motors, succumbed to his long-standing heart condition under the Mango Bridge, in the jurisdiction of the Mango police station in Jamshedpur.

Sujit, a resident of Kunwar Singh Road in Rajendra Nagar, had been struggling with heart disease for the past eight years.

In the last seven months, his health had deteriorated significantly.

After his death, Sujit’s body was transferred to the mortuary at the post mortem residence.

Sujit’s son, who resides in Bangalore, was immediately informed about the unfortunate incident, and he left for Jamshedpur right away.

The final rites will be performed only after his arrival.

According to reports, Sujit experienced severe chest pain and collapsed near the small Mango bridge during his morning walk.

While a large crowd gathered around the scene, most of them chose to film the incident instead of stepping forward to assist or take him to a nearby hospital.

Eventually, a local from Bhalubasa Muslim Basti named Nizamuddin, took the initiative to transport Sujit to the MGM Hospital, but it was too late, and Sujit succumbed to his condition.
