Tata Steel secures a place among India’s top 3 most attractive employers, according to the Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) 2023, upholding its reputation for financial health and employee welfare.

JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Steel has been acknowledged once again as one of India’s most appealing employer brands.

In the recently revealed Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) 2023, Tata Steel secured a spot in the top 3 firms, confirming its dedication to nurturing a culture of trust, growth, and employee welfare.

Having ranked among the top 10 in REBR’s 2022 edition, Tata Steel has now ascended to the top 3.

The REBR assessment delves into the perception of India’s 150 largest employers, scrutinising factors such as the employee value proposition and employer attractiveness.

The 2023 research spanned 32 markets worldwide and collated insights from a comprehensive survey of 163,000 respondents.

Work-life balance, good reputation, and appealing salary & benefits emerged as the top 3 Employee Value Proposition (EVP) drivers for the Indian workforce when selecting an employer.
