JNAC and Tata Steel providing succour to flood victims

Jamshedpur, Aug 24: Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee has tightened its girdles to deal with the post-flash flood situation in the city.

JNAC officials and staff are working day and night to provide relief to the affected families. The department is preparing a list of flood affected families so that relief could be provided to them.

JNAC is also getting the support of Tata Steel. The company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) department has provided ration for two days to more than 400 flood affected families through JNAC.

According to JNAC Special Officer Sanjay Kumar, “We are doing everything possible to help the affected families so that their lives return to normalcy like before.”
