34 caught violating Covid-19 norms in Jugsalai

Dist Admn carries out Intensive Covid-19 norms violation checking in Jugsalai

Jamshedpur: On the instructions of DC of East Singhbhum, Suraj Kumar, a special joint team of Jugsalai Municipal Council and Jugsalai Police today carried out intensive checking for Covid-19 social distancing norms violation in Jugsalai area.

During this special drive, establishments in areas starting from Pradeep Mishra Chowk to Veer Kunwar Singh Chowk, Chowk Bazar, Mahto Pada Road, Marwari Pada Road, Dharamshala Road and Gauri Shankar Road were checked.

During this drive, around 33 people were caught violating the guideline of wearing masks and observing social distancing.

Checks were conducted on the road, and inside markets, shops and establishments within the municipality areas.

Those who took part in the checking part included City Manager Lukesh Kumar Singh, in-charge Gyaneshwar Prasad, Junior Engineer Mukesh Kumar Modi, tax collector Hitnarayan Singh, Sudhir Kumar Singh, Prasenjit Dash, Santosh Kumar Yadav and officer-in-charge of Jugsalai police station.
