16 days and no corona death, 10 new cases

Jamshedpur: Coronavirus did not cause any death in Jamshedpur, or in East Singhbhum district, for the last 16 days. During the last 50 days there has been only one death caused by Corona in East Singhbhum district. The total death toll remains at 375 at the end of Monday.

As per official data, 10 fresh cases of coronavirus infection were detected in the district, while 10 patients were cured and discharged too. The total number of infections in the district has now reached 18,025, while the number of recovered patients has reached 17,595.

The number of active cases of coronavirus in the city right now is 55 and this number is falling steadily.

The recovery rate for East Singhbhum district has now reached 97.67%, while the morality rate is hovering around 2.08%. The positivity rate for the district is 3.44%.
