Ranchi: As was being feared widely by the experts, Covid-19 has once again started showing resurgence in different parts of the country, including Jharkhand. Jharkhand lost 6 lives to coronavirus pandemic on Saturday as the total death count rose to 945.
According to official data, on Saturday, 175 fresh coronavirus cases were detected in different parts of the state. The total infection cases in the state have now reached 1,07,332 in the state.
On the other hand, 333 patients were also cured and discharged from different hospitals and home quarantine across the state taking the total recoveries in the state to 1,03,957.
According to official data, till Saturday evening, a total of 38,95,808 samples have been tested in the state. Out of these, 1,07,332 samples have come out positive. 945 patients died, while 1,03,957 were cured.
The recovery rate in the state has reached 96.85%, while the mortality rate is hovering around 0.88%.
