76 active corona cases in Seraikela-Kharsawan

Seraikela: The active cases of coronavirus infection in Seraikela-Kharsawan district has now come down to only 76 within a few days. There is no doubt that there has been a slide down in the vehemence of the pandemic in the district.

According to official data for the district, the total death toll due to coronavirus pandemic remains at 11 as no death has been reported in the district for several days now.

As per official data, 1,43,829 samples have been tested by the district. Out of these, 1,35,541 samples have been found negative, while 3,524 samples have tested positive. Even out of these, 3,437 patients have been cured and discharged from hospitals and quarantine. 11 deaths have also been caused.

For now the district has only 76 active cases of corona. On Wednesday, the district collected 975 samples.

The test results of 4,906 samples are still awaited.
