Telco Ranjit Singh Murder Main Accused Sarabjit Singh Chhabbu arrested
Police recover country-made pistol, two mobiles, bike used in the incident from the accused: SSP Prabhat Kumar
Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur police achieved a big success on Wednesday when they arrested Sarabjit Singh Chhabbu, one of the main accused in Ranjit Singh murder case of Telco. Ranjit Singh was murdered near Sabuj Kalyan Sangh puja pandal on October 3 last.
Earlier, another accused Rishi Kumar was also nabbed by the police. He was injured in the leg and was treated in the hospital. Now that he has recovered, he was again sent to jail on Wednesday, the SSP revealed.
According to Jamshedpur SSP Prabhat Kumar, Ranjit Singh along with his family had gone out for a walk during Durga Puja in the afternoon when he was murdered outside the puja pandal of Sabuj Kalyan Sangh.
At the same time, the main accused of the incident, Sarabjit Singh Chhabu, has also been arrested by the police.
