DHANBAD – A major mishap was averted in Nirsa after occupants escaped from a moving Scorpio moments before a fire completely destroyed the vehicle.

A Scorpio vehicle caught fire while moving in Nirsa. However, all occupants managed to exit safely in time.

The incident created panic in the area. No casualties or injuries were reported.

According to available information, the vehicle was only eight months old. It was travelling on a road when smoke suddenly emerged.

The driver quickly sensed danger and stopped the vehicle. Subsequently, all passengers were evacuated safely.

Meanwhile, local residents rushed to help after noticing the fire. They attempted to control the flames initially.

However, the blaze intensified rapidly within minutes. Soon, the entire vehicle was engulfed in flames.

Moreover, the Scorpio was completely destroyed in the fire. The vehicle was reduced to a charred shell.

After receiving information, firefighters reached the location. They launched an operation to control the blaze.

Eventually, the fire was brought under control after considerable effort. The response prevented the flames from spreading further.

According to preliminary findings, a short circuit is suspected. However, authorities have not confirmed the exact cause.

Meanwhile, police and concerned departments started an investigation. Officials are examining all circumstances surrounding the incident.

The incident triggered chaos among nearby residents. However, all passengers escaped unharmed, providing significant relief.

The fire incident occurred in Dhanbad‘s Nirsa area. Vehicle fires caused by electrical faults remain a concern, especially in modern automobiles equipped with extensive wiring systems.
