Members Plant Saplings in New Baridih Park for Green Initiative

JAMSHEDPUR – Lions Club Jamshedpur conducted a plantation drive at New Baridih Park to promote environmental protection and green spaces.

The initiative was held under the guidance of John Chairperson MJF Lion Bharat Singh. On this occasion, Club President Lion Anjula Singh, along with Lion Jyoti Singh, Lion Soni Singh, and Dudi Sujata, participated enthusiastically. Several members also joined in planting saplings.

Bharat Singh explained that trees are the basis of life. However, he emphasized that maintaining them is equally vital. He appealed to all members to ensure proper care of each sapling. Moreover, he assured that the club will look after these new plants as well as other trees in the area.

Meanwhile, every member present took a pledge to continue such plantation drives. They committed themselves to sustaining ecological balance through regular tree planting efforts.
