One Dead, Two Injured in Separate Road Accidents in Palamu

MEDININAGAR – A tragic road accident in Palamu district on Sunday evening claimed the life of a young man, while two others sustained injuries in a separate incident.

The first incident occurred near Gaadi village in the Padwa police station area around 6:45 PM. Deepak Mishra, a resident of Lohra village and son of the late Vinay Mishra, was returning home from Medininagar on his scooter when he collided with a stationary Hyva truck. Locals rushed the unconscious Deepak to Medinirai Medical College Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead. His family and villagers arrived at the hospital, deeply grieved by the loss.

In another incident on the Saguna-Bairiya road in Patan, a head-on collision between a bike and a scooter left two people injured. Police reached the spot, sent the injured to Medinirai Medical College Hospital, and seized the damaged vehicles.

Both accidents have left the affected families and locals in shock. Authorities are investigating the causes of these unfortunate incidents.
