JAMSHEDPUR – The JRD Tata Sports Complex is gearing up to host the 34th & 35th FCI 2025 Dog Shows and the 77th & 78th JKC Championship Dog Shows from January 9 to 12, 2025. Organized by the Jamshedpur Kennel Club, the event will feature 421 canines from 49 breeds competing for top accolades.

World-Class Canine Participation

This year’s lineup includes rare and popular breeds such as Harlequin Great Danes, Siberian Huskies, and Dobermans, along with first-time participants like Keeshond and Toy Spaniel Papillon. International judges certified by FCI, representing countries like Portugal, Slovenia, and Thailand, will assess the competitions.

Exciting Programs and Specialty Shows

The event will showcase obedience tests and specialty breed shows for Labradors, Beagles, Dobermans, and Siberian Huskies. Over four days, canines will vie for titles, with the top 8 local dogs being ranked and honored as “Best in Show” from Jamshedpur.

Boost to Jamshedpur’s Prestige

The FCI Dog Show, held under the Federation Cynologique Internationale, and the JKC shows are vital milestones in India’s canine community. This marks the second time the Jamshedpur Kennel Club is hosting the FCI Dog Show, enhancing the city’s reputation as a hub for excellence in canine breeding and sports.
