JAMSHEDPUR – The 19th Annual Sports Day at DBMS Kadma High School saw Emerald House emerge victorious amid spectacular performances.
National-level athletes carried the ceremonial torch. Ayush Raj led participants in taking the sportsman’s oath.
“Sports build character and determination,” emphasized Chief Guest Purnima Mahato in her address.
The event featured creative drill performances. Students showcased Christmas, Emoji, and Umbrella drills.
Athletic Achievements
Raj Singh dominated sub-junior boys’ events. Dhara Mahato excelled in sub-junior girls’ category.
Meanwhile, Arush Das and Himanshu Mahato shared junior boys’ honors. Sakshi Sahu clinched junior girls’ title.
“The competition level was exceptionally high this year,” remarked a sports official.
Outstanding Performances
Mayank Dheebar secured senior boys’ best athlete award. Sumona Isha Mandal won senior girls’ category.
Furthermore, Topaz House displayed exceptional coordination. They won the Best March Past trophy.
Sports Coordinator Suprava Panda received appreciation. Her team organized the event flawlessly.
