JAMSHEDPUR – The Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry marks its historic journey from a merchant’s association to a vital business institution.

The Chamber hosted a grand celebration at its headquarters on November 28. Chamber President Vijay Anand Moonka led the festivities.

Meanwhile, Tata Steel Vice President (Raw Materials) D.B. Sundaram attended as chief guest.

"Our predecessors laid an incredibly strong foundation," remarked a longtime Chamber member.

The late Nagindas Parikh played a crucial role in the Chamber’s development.

In addition, the Chamber received land allocation from Tata Steel for its establishment.

The Chamber officially registered under the Companies Act on November 28, 1950.
