JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Steel has announced major changes within its leadership team, including new designations and transfers. Managing Director T.V. Narendran has issued a circular reflecting these updates.
Sandeep Bhattacharya, previously the Vice President of Financial Operations Control & Business Finance IL1, has been given the new designation of Vice President, Financial Control & Business Analytics.
In another key move, Kumar Sanu, who was the Head of Mechanical, has been transferred to the role of Head of Mechanical Field Maintenance. He will now report to the Chief of Mechanical Field Maintenance and Operations.
Additionally, Satish Walekar has been promoted to the position of Chief of Operations for the Wire Division at IL2 level.
These changes are part of Tata Steel’s ongoing strategy to streamline its operations and strengthen leadership in key areas.
