East Jamshedpur MLA aims to boost local infrastructure

JAMSHEDPUR – Local MLA Saryu Roy has set in motion a significant road construction project, marking a step forward in improving the area’s infrastructure.
The foundation stone was laid near the Bajrangbali temple in Namda Basti, Anand Nagar.
This ambitious project encompasses the construction of multiple roads totaling 12 kilometers.
One key stretch includes a 1 km road from Golmuri Namda Basti Main Road to Kali Mandir.
Additionally, a 3.05 km road will connect Mercy Hospital Main Road to Gandhi Road Nagadungari.
Roy emphasized his dedication to enhancing civic amenities in the constituency.
"We’ve initiated road projects across various locations," the MLA stated.
Moreover, he expressed confidence in the significant infrastructure improvements these works would bring.
The legislator noted that only smaller internal roads would remain after current schemes are completed.
Furthermore, Roy highlighted the approval of road construction schemes worth over ₹96 crore.
These approvals came from the Road Construction Department for the Jamshedpur East Assembly area.
"Quality construction and timely completion are our priorities," Roy asserted.
Meanwhile, the ceremony saw attendance from key officials and local representatives.
Deepak Sahay, Executive Engineer of the Road Construction Department, was present.
BJM District President Subodh Srivastava also participated in the foundation-laying event.
Various local citizens joined to witness the launch of this infrastructural initiative.
