Tata Pigments to Distribute Rs 48.52 Lakh Bonus Among Employees

Bonus agreement signed, workers to receive up to 17.64% of allotted amount

JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Pigments has announced a significant bonus distribution for its employees, marking a slight increase from the previous year’s amount.

The bonus agreement was signed on Thursday between Tata Pigments Workers Union and management.

Moreover, the total bonus amount of Rs 48.52 lakh will be shared among 100 employees.

This figure represents an increase from last year’s bonus of Rs 46 lakh.

Under the agreement, employees will receive 17.64 percent of the allotted bonus.

The maximum bonus an employee can receive is set at Rs 71,118.

On the other hand, the minimum bonus amount stands at Rs 54,247.

Employees can expect the bonus to be credited to their accounts by September 21.

Meanwhile, several key figures were present for the signing of the agreement.

Representing the management, Tata Pigments Managing Director Anil Kumar Singh Harshana signed the document.

Additionally, Chief Factory Manager Prasun Hui was among the signatories.

Chief Financial Officer Dinesh Agarwal also participated in the signing ceremony.

Furthermore, Chief Human Resources Officer Ankita Kevin Natal added her signature to the agreement.

Atul Kumar Sharma rounded out the management’s representation at the signing.

On behalf of the union, several key members were present to sign the agreement.

Union President Vinod Kumar Singh led the workers’ representation.

In addition, Vice President Kulbir Singh was among the union signatories.

Joint Secretary Kamlesh Kumar Sharma also participated in the signing.

Satyanarayan Rao and Anil Prasad were present on behalf of the union.

Treasurer Bhuneshwar Ram added his signature to the bonus agreement.

Lastly, a union member identified as Payo was also among the signatories.

"This bonus agreement reflects our commitment to our hardworking employees," remarked a company spokesperson.

However, the specific details of how the bonus amounts were calculated were not disclosed.
