Kolhan University’s Urdu Topper Receives Golden Ring from MLA

CHAKRADHARPUR – At an Anjuman Islamia event, MLA Sukhram Oraon honored Kolhan University’s MA Urdu gold medalist Zabina Parveen with an unexpected gift of a gold ring.

Anjuman Islamia Chakradharpur organized a special ceremony to recognize local achievers.

Zabina Parveen, hailing from Danda Sai in Chakradharpur, was invited as an honoree for her outstanding academic performance.

During the event, social worker Shahid Anwar introduced Zabina as the Kolhan University topper and gold medalist in Urdu.

"Zabina’s achievement brings pride to our community," remarked Anwar while presenting her accomplishments.

MLA Sukhram Oraon, serving as the chief guest, was moved by Zabina’s academic excellence.

In a spontaneous gesture, Oraon called Zabina and her mother, Asma Khatoon, back to the stage after the initial felicitation.

"Your dedication deserves special recognition," Oraon stated as he presented Zabina with his personal gold ring.

The unexpected gift drew applause from the audience, symbolizing community support for educational achievements.

Anjuman Islamia’s organizing team expressed gratitude to MLA Oraon for his generous act.

This event highlights the importance of recognizing and encouraging academic excellence in the region.
