Residents Forced to Consume Contaminated Water, AJSU Submits Memorandum to Executive Officer

Residents of Jugsalai, under the Jugsalai Municipal Council, are forced to consume dirty drinking water supplied by the PHD department. On Monday, the AJSU Party submitted a memorandum to the Executive Officer of the Jugsalai Municipal Council, urging a swift resolution to the issue.

JAMSHEDPUR – Residents in Jugsalai Municipal Council area have been receiving contaminated drinking water from the PHD department, causing health issues among the community.

People, compelled by necessity, are consuming the dirty water, resulting in numerous illnesses, especially among children.

In light of the situation’s severity, an AJSU Party delegation, led by District Secretary Arup Mallik, visited the Jugsalai Municipal Council office.

They submitted a memorandum to the Executive Officer, highlighting the problem and demanding an immediate solution.

The AJSU Party has warned of intensified protests if the issue is not resolved promptly.

For the past few days, the supply of dirty water by the PHD department has been affecting the residents of Jugsalai Municipal Council area.

Consuming this contaminated water has led to continuous health issues, with many children falling ill.

Acknowledging the urgency, the AJSU Party’s delegation, headed by District Secretary Arup Mallik, approached the Executive Officer of the Jugsalai Municipal Council.

They submitted a memorandum, urging swift action to address the issue.

The party has threatened to escalate their protests if the demand is not met soon.
