Sardar Nishan Singh celebrates two years of success with the Sakchi Gurudwara Management Committee, unveiling future service projects and major accomplishments.
JAMSHEDPUR – On June 12, the Sakchi Gurudwara Management Committee, led by President Sardar Nishan Singh, celebrated two years of significant accomplishments and announced future service projects.
During a review meeting, Nishan Singh expressed deep gratitude to the Sadh Sangat of Sakchi and emphasized his commitment to fulfilling promises made.
He acknowledged the unwavering support of the Sangat as the source of energy and inspiration for these achievements.
The meeting, attended by key committee members including General Secretary Paramjit Singh Kale, Satinder Singh Romi, and Satpal Singh Bobby, highlighted the collective pride in the development work accomplished.
Nishan Singh and Paramjit Singh Kale detailed major projects completed, such as the beautification of the Gurdwara Sahib building and the installation of a new Palki Sahib made from high-quality Makrana marble.
Additionally, the entire Gurdwara Sahib has been centrally air-conditioned, and a state-of-the-art music system has been installed to enhance the auditory experience of Gurbani-Kirtan for the congregation.
A solar power system has also been installed, enhancing the Gurdwara’s sustainability.
The committee has organized various religious and community events, including monthly Kirtan Darbars, Guru’s unbroken langar on Sangrand, a four-day cultural fair during Baisakhi, turban competitions, blood donation camps, and eye check-up camps.
Currently, the construction of Baba Budha Ji’s residence for Granthi and Ragi Singh is underway.
Efforts are also being made to beautify and gain recognition for Guru Nanak High and Middle School.
Nishan Singh credited the rapid pace of development to the blessings of the Sangat and the diligent efforts of committee members.
He assured that the coming years would see even more substantial development projects, elevating the Gurdwara to new heights.
