Tata Steel Growth Shop’s 15-Day Summer Camp for Kids Concludes with Enthusiasm

Closure Ceremony at Vidya Jyoti Sports Ground Marks End of Successful Event

The 15-day summer camp organized by Tata Steel Growth Shop concluded with a vibrant closing ceremony at Vidya Jyoti Sports Ground in Adityapur Complex, Gamharia.

JAMSHEDPUR – The summer camp, which ran for 15 days, ended at Vidya Jyoti Sports Ground with a ceremony attended by distinguished guests.

Sharad Kumar Sharma, GM TGS, was the chief guest, and Shivlakhan Singh, General Secretary of TISCO Mazdoor Union, was the special guest.

The program was hosted by Dilip Bhardwaj.

Among the honored guests were Pancham Premlal Tank, Head Manufacturing TGS, and Sanjay Singh, Senior Manager of TGS Admin and Engineering.

Also present were Manager Sports Sanjeev Kumar, Ananya Lipi, Satish Kumar Singh, and Ajit Kumar Singh.

Key contributors to the success of the event included Uday Shankar Pathak, Vikas Verma, Rustam Kumar Bez, Praveer Maiti, Rameshwar Pradhan, and Ashutosh Mahanti.

TISCO Mazdoor Union representatives such as Treasurer Dilip Kumar Mahato, Committee Members Prabhunath Karna, Ranjan Mishra, Om Prakash Pathak, and Kaushal Kumar attended the event.

The camp’s sports activities were coordinated by Nirmal Kumar Pandey.

Cricket coaching was led by Lalu Prasad, football by Raunak Kumar, table tennis by KB Shukla, karate by Shergill, and chess by RK Singh.

Rock climbing coaches Pooja and Neetu also played significant roles.

This summer camp aimed to engage children in various sports and foster a spirit of teamwork and sportsmanship.

The event was highly appreciated by the parents and participants alike.

Such initiatives by Tata Steel continue to contribute to the holistic development of children in the region.
