Jharkhand Academic Council Releases Class 10 Results: Jamshedpur Tops Again

JAC 10th Result Announced: Jamshedpur District Leads, Girls Outperform Boys

The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has announced the results of the class 10 examinations with a record overall pass rate of 90.39 percent, signaling another year of robust performance in state-wide school assessments.

RANCHI/JAMSHEDPUR – The JAC Class 10 Board Exam results were officially released from the JAC office by Umashankar Singh, Secretary of the School Education and Literacy Department.

Anil Kumar Mahato, Chairman of the JAC Board, was present during the announcement.

He highlighted that out of the total examinees, 2,05,110 students achieved first division marks.

Meanwhile, 1,55,033 students secured the second division and 19,555 students the third division.

Jamshedpur district continued its streak of academic excellence by topping the list of districts in terms of pass rates.

Hazaribagh, Giridih, Latehar, and Koderma also featured among the top five performing districts.

Conversely, Deoghar district witnessed the lowest pass rates, mirroring last year’s performance.

Gender-wise, girls outshone boys once again, with 91.91 percent of female students passing compared to 89 percent of their male counterparts.

Performance Highlights

Jyotsna Jyoti from Indira Gandhi Girls School, Hazaribagh, emerged as the state topper with an impressive 99.2 percent.

Sana Sanjori and Karishma Kumari clinched the second and third positions, respectively.

"Every student who has persevered through this year’s challenges deserves commendation," stated Umashankar Singh.

A JAC official added, "The dedication of our students and educators is evident in these results."
