KPS Kadma’s Effort to Boost Health Awareness Through Hand Wash Day

KPS Kadma celebrated Hand Wash Day, emphasizing hygiene practices among students and staff with activities and guidance.

JAMSHEDPUR – KPS Kadma celebrated Hand Wash Day on Friday and stressed the need to focus on hygiene practices among students and staff with different activities.

The school’s commitment to health and hygiene was commended by the Academic Director, Principal, and Headmistress, who expressed their pleasure at the day’s success.

Students demonstrated their commitment to hygiene through hand washing drills under their teachers’ guidance.

The event was made visually appealing with colorful posters and banners in classrooms, detailing the hand washing steps to promote cleanliness.

A key highlight was the explanation of effective hand washing techniques, particularly the importance of using soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds.

The Pre-Primary Segment students from LKG and UKG contributed to the program with a song, a poem, and quotations, emphasizing hand hygiene’s role in disease prevention.

Principal Sharmila Mukherjee and Headmistress Alamelu Ravishankar marked the occasion by their presence, underlining the school’s focus on hygiene and health awareness.
