Ease Your Holi Travel with Special Train Services

South Eastern Railway schedules special Holi trains on key routes to accommodate festive season rush, ensuring comfortable travel.

JAMSHEDPUR – In response to the expected increase in travelers during Holi, the South Eastern Railway has introduced special trains on multiple routes. These include connections from Secunderabad to Santragachi, Shalimar, Dharbhanga, and a service between Chennai Egmore and Santragachi. The initiative aims to provide a seamless travel experience for those celebrating the festival.

The Secunderabad-Santragachi-Secunderabad service will run on March 22nd and 23rd, providing a direct link between the two cities. Following this, the Secunderabad-Shalimar route will see trains on March 25th and 26th, catering to the demand between these locations. The Chennai Egmore-Santragachi route will operate from March 19th to April 2nd, ensuring connectivity over an extended period.

Additionally, the Secunderabad-Dharbhanga route will have trains on March 21st and 23rd, enhancing access to Dharbhanga. These services are strategically scheduled to facilitate passenger movement during the peak festive season. With designated stops across the South Eastern Railway jurisdiction, these trains are expected to ease the travel experience for Holi celebrants.
