MEAI and Tata Steel collaborate to address mining challenges in Bhubaneswar

JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Steel’s FAM Division organized a technical session on “Challenges and way forward for the Indian mining industry” for the Mining Engineers Association of India (MEAI), Bhubaneswar – Sukinda Chapter.

The session convened experts to address pressing issues and foster industry growth.

Leaders and professionals exchanged innovative solutions for the sector’s challenges.

S.N. Mathur emphasized MEAI’s role in advancing the mining industry.

The event aimed to chart a sustainable path for mining in India.

Pankaj Satija highlighted MEAI’s commitment to mine safety and socio-economic development.

Key figures like Sudhanshu Patni and Shambhu Nath Jha contributed to the dialogue.

Eminent engineers and industry leaders shared insights on responsible mining.

"MEAI is committed to improve mine safety by sharing best practices, promoting ethical practices, and contributing to the socio-economic development of the region. It remains dedicated to enhancing the knowledge and expertise of mining professionals and promote the responsible development of the mining industry,” Satija remarked.
