XLRI’s Inaugural Conference Tackles Ethics in Globalized World

XLRI’s first International Conference on “Enabling Social and Business Responsibility In Our Globalized World” examines the impact of ethical business practices on economies, societies, and ecosystems.

JAMSHEDPUR – XLRI is all set to hold its first International Conference on “Enabling Social and Business Responsibility In Our Globalized World” on Feb 2 and 3, 2024. The conference will examine the impact of ethical business practices on economies, societies, and ecosystems.

According to XLRI sources, the conference will also look into the ethical challenges and opportunities made available by the fast-emerging tools and tech.

The conference participants will discuss the need to foster conscious capitalism and its different facets.

The initiative to hold a conference on the subject is actually a much-needed focus on the growing influence of businesses in fixing the contours of global business dynamics.

The JRD Tata Foundation for Business Ethics has joined hands with international partners for making this event possible.

Among these organizations are Loyola Marymount University and Eli Broad College of Business.

The Heider College of Business and Theologische Fakultät from the University of Innsbruck will also be collaborating in the event.

XLRI sources hinted that the conference would be a big step for the institute in promoting business ethics and responsibility on the global business scale.

They said that the institute has always been a pioneer in advocating ethics in business.
