Thrillolympics 2023 at XITE: A Celebration of Sports and Spirit

XITE College’s annual sports day, Thrillolympics 2023, turned November 28 into a memorable showcase of athleticism and camaraderie.

JAMSHEDPUR – XITE College, on November 28, 2023, transformed into an arena of athletic excellence with its annual sports event, Thrillolympics 2023.

Students participated in an array of track events, including the 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, and relay races, igniting the campus with competitive energy.

Field events like long jump and Tug of War added more excitement, drawing enthusiastic support from spectators.

Faculty members joined the fun with the unique ‘Bombing the City’ game, fostering laughter and team spirit.

The event was graced by esteemed guests including Br. Amal Raj, Administrator of XITE, and Fr. Dayanidhi, Vice Principal of Xavier School, enhancing the event’s grandeur.

Rachit Daniel’s taekwondo performance was a highlight, captivating the audience with his skill.

Prof. Shailesh Kumar Dubey’s expert coordination ensured a smooth and spirited event.

Distinguished attendees included Principal Fr. Dr. E. A. Francis and Vice Principal Fr. Dr. Mukti Clarence.

Xavier School’s sports teachers, Vikash Kumar Singh and Sujit Rajak, played a key role in the day’s success.

Faculty members like Dr. Pramod Kumar Singh, Dr. Sanchita Ghosh Chaudhury, and others participated actively, embodying the spirit of unity and sportsmanship.

The involvement of IT in-charge Y. Dilip Kumar, Branding & Communication Head Ashish Singh, and Librarian Naval Kumar Choudhary, showcased the diverse talent within the college community.

Thrillolympics 2023 was more than a sports day; it was a testament to resilience, passion, and the indomitable XITE spirit.
