JNAC’s Initiative: Battery-Operated E-Autos for School Transport

JNAC to provide battery-operated e-autos to unemployed for school transportation, facilitating jobs and green transport.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee has made a significant decision to promote green transportation and employment in the area.

Battery-operated e-autos will be deployed in schools for the transportation of children.

This initiative will also provide job opportunities for the unemployed, who will be entrusted with driving these e-autos.

The committee has already begun the process for this program.

People who take up this offer will only have to deposit a nominal amount of 100 rupees per day with the department.

This initiative will greatly ease the operation of e-autos, offering a win-win solution for the environment, unemployed people, and school transportation.

Sanjay Kumar, the Special Officer of the Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC), has been a driving force behind this innovative approach.

The move is expected to encourage the use of electric vehicles and reduce carbon emissions, besides providing gainful employment to the jobless.

Under this initiative, the committee has decided to give battery-operated e-autos to unemployed individuals.

The common people, devoid of employment opportunities, will now be able to drive these e-autos, providing transport services to the city’s schools and thereby earning a decent livelihood to sustain themselves and their families.
