Tatanagar Railway Station gets modern Waiting Halls

Payment-based waiting hall with modern facilities inaugurated at Tatanagar Railway Station

Jamshedpur: Tatanagar railway station now has a modern waiting hall. The station is being equipped with modern facilities gradually. Many initiatives have been taken for the speedy development of the station premises and many new initiatives are being prepared.

Keeping with the plans for modernisation, waiting halls for upper class, first class and second class passengers were inaugurated on Wednesday for the stay of passengers on the platform of Tatanagar railway station.

Keeping in view the need to provide better facilities to the passengers at the platform of Tatanagar railway station, in the presence of Railway Advisory Committee, officials of Tatanagar Railway Management and many railway employees, the waiting halls for all three categories with minimum fee was inaugurated today formally.

The waiting hall can be used by paying a fee of ₹ 15 for 1 hour per passenger.

The waiting hall is equipped with modern facilities and cleanliness is being maintained with priority.
