Milli Welfare Society holds blood donation camp, 58 units collected

Milli Welfare Society’s blood donation camp this year remained low-key owing to the impact of corona pandemic. However, 58 units of blood were collected.

Jamshedpur: A one-day blood donation camp was organized by the social organization Milli Welfare Society at Babu Marriage Hall, Jugsalai Mahto Pada Road.

A total of 58 units of blood were collected in the blood donation camp held on Tuesday.

Earlier, Milli Welfare Society had organised mega blood donation camps. But, owing to impact of Corona pandemic, the number of donors remained low this year and only 58 units of blood were collected.

The Officer-in-charge of Jugsalai police station Tarun Kumar was the chief guest in the blood donation camp.

Milli Welfare Society president Mustaq Khan, secretary Taslim Ahmed, rreasurer Nawab Ghani, Qari Hashimuddin, Mohammad Arif,

Ballu, Mohammad Javed, Chand Moli, Mohammad Minhajuddin, Mohammad Irfan, Iqbal Noori alias W, Mohammad Irshad and Haider worked hard to make the blood donation camp a big success.
