Jamshedpur Admn has started preparations and rehearsals for Independence Day function at Bistupur Gopal Maidan.
Jamshedpur: Preparations have begun for the Independence Day function on August 15, 2021.
Like each year, this year too, the district level official Independence Day function of East Singhbhum would be held at Gopal Maidan.
On Wednesday, 142 police personnel under the leadership of Sergeant Major Dharmendra Ram participated in the preparatory parade at Gopal Maidan.
Before the parade, all were tested for Covid-19.
Flag hoisting was done before rehearsal began.
After that the rehearsal began with the national anthem.
The inspection was carried out by Sergeant Major Dharmendra Ram riding in a gypsy.
Sergeant Major Dharmendra Ram said that that the team of District Police, JAP 6, NCC teams took part in the rehearsal for the parade on 15th August.
A 2-hour training and rehearsal program was conducted at Gopal Maidan from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
All the jawans and officers participated in the program following the guidelines of the government.
During this everyone was also tested for covid-19.
The final rehearsal will take place on August 14.
