CM Hemant Soren and wife Kalpana Soren give samples for Covid-19 test

All CMO officers and employees also tested for Covid-19

Ranchi: The Chief Minister of Jharkhand Hemant Soren and his wife Kalpana Soren today gave samples for Covid-19 tests. All the officers and employees as working in the CMO well as the security personnel deployed for CM’s security have also given samples for Covid-19 test.

The Chief Minister said on the occasion that more and more people should willingly get tested for Covid-19. He said that anyone who has even slightest of the symptoms for Corona should get themselves tested.

He said that early testing would not only help in treatment, but would also be a great help in thwarting the further spread of the disease.

It may be recalled that the Chief Minister Hemant Soren has home-quarantined himself after it was found that one cabinet minister Mithilesh Thakur and MLA of his party Mathura Mahato have tested positive for Covid-19.

As a precautionary measure the Chief Minister has home-quarantined himself and has made it clear that he would continue to discharge essential duties from home.
