Dr. J J Irani Falls at Home, Minor Cut in Head, Under Observation in TMH

Jamshedpur: Dr. J J Irani, the former MD of Tata Steel has had a fall at home Monday and sustained minor cut in the head. He is doing fine now and is being kept under observation at TMH. He would remain under observation for the next 24 hours.

Dr. Irani has been honoured with Padma Bhushan too.

A statement issued by Tata Steel today said: : “There have been news in the media about the health of Dr JJ Irani, Padma Bhushan & Former Managing Director, Tata Steel. The fact of the matter is that Dr Irani had a fall at home early in the morning today. He had a minor cut on his head which has been sutured at TMH. He is absolutely fine and has been kept under observation at TMH for 24 hours.”
