JAMSHEDPUR – On the occasion of Rakshabandhan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has cut the price of cooking gas by Rs 200.
Kali Sharma, State Media In-charge of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), praised the decision as a "big gift" to the nation’s sisters.
Expressing gratitude towards the Prime Minister, Kali Sharma highlighted the decision’s significant relief for domestic consumers.
The price cut will come into effect starting Wednesday, 30 August, and applies to all consumers.
The move is part of a broader initiative under Modi’s leadership aimed at easing the financial burden on households.
